This function is such that if the value we got from Activity 2 is larger than 20, (a*Input > b), then a delay of 10 days occurs, i.e., the output value is equal to the input value + 10. (c = 10.) On the other hand if the input value is less than or equal to 20, then the output value is the same as the input value.
